Steve Mastrovich Bio

Steven Mastrovich, Founder and CEO of Redimere Advisors and former JPMorgan and UBS Senior Investment Banker is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a graduate of Columbia Law School. Mr. Mastrovich is a former RE attorney at Patton Squire Boggs, a former Managing Director and Group head at HSBC, JPMorgan and UBS. He is also Counsel to Dentons where he advises clients in a non-legal capacity on complex commercial transactions. Redimere advises owners, operators, sponsors and investors on capital recycling and allocation strategies, M&A, capital raising, Joint Ventures, off balance sheet funding, sale of non-core assets and businesses, platform and General Partner investments, company formations, and other strategic projects. As an independent real estate capital markets advisor and merchant bank, Redimere leverages Mr. Mastrovich’s decades of experience in sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial transactions on behalf of real estate owners and sponsors. Mr. Mastrovich has advised on over $20 billion of capital markets transactions, private placements and fund formation projects and maintains CEO/CIO level relationships with and access to some of the world’s largest institutional investors, family offices, real estate operators, companies and sponsors.
