She has an industrial engineering degree from Koc University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Over the last few decades, she has worked as a business leader for renowned large multinational organizations like Roche and Elsevier. She has led the launch and development of novel products, managed various digital innovation initiatives, and developed innovative portfolios driving sustainable transformation at different scales and cultural contexts.

Born in Turkey and having lived on three continents, Doruk has diverse global experiences that enable her to approach transformation with an inclusive mindset, fostering the maximum potential for innovation and driving meaningful change.

She is passionate about reimagining the future of business (conscious, regenerative businesses), the ethical use of technology to enhance our humanity, and DE&I.
